This role is part of Enterprise Services, a vital pillar of our networked organization dedicated to providing scalable solutions across the business. As a member of the Communications Operations team, you will play an integral role in driving end-to-end transformation through ;streamlined process and state-of-the-art tools. By supporting Public Affairs, Communications and Sustainability (PACS), Executive Leadership (ELT), and Operating Unit (OU) communication teams, the Communications Operation team enables efficient execution of strategies while enhancing the Company’s Corporate Reputation on a global scale.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Director, Communications Operations, who will play a pivotal role in modernizing and enhancing the strategic and day-to-day operations of the Global PACS communication teams. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Communications Operations, this role is centered on driving innovation and enhancing ways of working within a matrixed organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing governance frameworks, orchestrating scalable solutions, and collaborating seamlessly across various teams and stakeholders. This role demands a strategic thinker who can enable the efficient execution of complex processes and structures while fostering alignment and delivering impactful results.
The Director will work closely with other service teams, including Data Analytics, Crisis Communications, and Creative Services, to align cross-functional priorities and ensure cohesion in execution. A significant part of this position involves leading through influence across the PACS network, leveraging digital platforms to optimize processes, and fostering operational excellence without direct oversight of a team.

Pay Range:
$162,800 - $186,900
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
