About the Role:

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator - FTC to join our team in London. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, this role plays a key part in supporting recruitment operations across the EMEA region. This is a dynamic position for someone detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

About the Team:

The Talent Acquisition team at Dow Jones is a collaborative and high-performing group that partners closely with business leaders to identify, attract, and hire top talent across our global functions. We support the company’s continued success by ensuring a positive candidate experience and operational excellence in our hiring processes.

You Will:

  • Create offer letters and contracts, initiate background checks, and escalate discrepancies when needed
  • Track and process employee referrals and ensure timely payment
  • Support end-to-end onboarding and monitor task completion for new hires
  • Coordinate interview scheduling across various time zones, teams, and business units
  • Maintain accurate recruiting data in Workday and support continuous process improvement
  • Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR Operations to support the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Maintain TA documentation libraries and update materials as processes evolve
  • Generate ad hoc recruiting reports as needed
  • Support invoice processing and onboarding of vendors
  • Manage the TA team’s ticketing system and ensure timely resolution of requests

You Have:

  • Experience of recruitment coordination or administrative support experience
  • Experience using Workday and automated recruiting tools
  • Comfort using a variety of digital tools such as Canva, Google Workspace, and Sterling
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a service-minded approach
  • A detail-oriented and highly organised working style, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Previous experience supporting recruitment teams in a fast-paced, global organisation is a plus
