We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join as Sr. Manager, Product Manager - Tech supporting our Cross-Border Programs. Cross-border (XB) Programs enable customers to easily shop for millions of Amazon products from around the world, in a localized experience, with hassle free international delivery and Returns experience, and backed by Amazon's customer service. Cross-border program is active across Amazon 14+ marketplaces, serving customers from over 150+ countries, and we continue to create and manage innovative international business solutions to enhance customer experience for cross-border problems.
This position requires strong self-motivation and project management skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work closely with technology to develop automated solutions for complex international problems. This position will be part of the International Expansion strategy and technology team which has global responsibility. We are looking for a product leader who has the ability to define the vision, communicate priorities and work effectively with stakeholders across business, UX, and engineering, and lead a team of Product leaders to deliver on the vision. You should be comfortable with a degree of ambiguity that’s higher than most projects and relish the idea of solving cross-border/ cross-regional problems. You will tackle novel, challenging situations every day and given the size of this initiative, you’ll have the opportunity to work with multiple product and technical teams at Amazon in different locations.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $178,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $307,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
