Are you a strategic thinker and dynamic business leader with a passion for Alternative Project Delivery? TYLin is seeking a Project Sponsor with significant experience delivering major civil infrastructure transportation projects (roads and highways, water, buildings) using alternative delivery methods such as design-build. The successful candidate should have a technical background in design of one of the common major elements of these types of projects, such as civil highway and roadways, rail, transit, water or structures. Key skill sets include relationship management with construction contractor clients and compliance with commercial and legal terms of design sub-contracts. Key measures of success include completing projects in a timely manner at or above profitability targets and avoidance of claims and legal issues.
TYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $128,000 - $211,000 annually for this position and local market. We recognize that each candidate brings a unique set of skills, experience, education and competencies to the table that will be reflected in our offer.
