Here's what you can expect as a Sr Analyst, Corporate Development/M&A :
The Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) is a key member of the Corporate Development (M&A) team and will be responsible for supporting all development and growth efforts. We’re seeking an individual who is looking to join a high-volume transaction execution team where long-term internal career development is not only possible, but preferred. Projects include but are not limited to acquisitions, joint venture de novos, and partial or whole divestitures. In addition to others on the deal team, the SFA will work closely with Operations, Legal, Compliance, Human Resources, Integration, IT, Finance, Accounting, and other departments as needed.
This position is primarily remote but would have the option to work out of our North Bethesda, MD office along with the department’s Vice President and two Transaction Directors.

Salary/ Wage Range
$75,200.00 - $110,400.00 / year
If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
• New York Exempt: • New York City and Long Island: $64,350.00/year • Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $64,350.00/year • Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80/year
New York Non-exempt: • New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour • Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour • Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hour
Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year
Washington Non-exempt: • Bellingham: $17.66/hour • Burien: $21.16/hour • Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour • Renton: $20.90/hour • Seattle: $20.76/hour • Tukwila: $21.10/hour • Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour
