Soni Resources is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data & Business Analyst to lead reporting and analytics for our Product Connectivity Team. This role will play a pivotal part in using data to uncover trends, drive strategic decisions, and optimize operational performance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends and deliver actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for key stakeholders.
- Create forecasting and predictive models to support business planning and decision-making.
- Translate business needs into data requirements and collaborate with IT on system integration.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency through data.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform strategic initiatives.
- Automate reporting processes and support ad hoc analysis as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 6–8 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis roles.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and statistical tools like R or Python.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and predictive modeling is a plus.
