What you will do
As the Security National Accounts, Senior Manager you will lead the development and execution of a strategic business plan focused on growth initiatives, providing valuable insights and direction for the Security business Leveraging market data, you will identify key opportunities that highlight Johnson Controls' strengths, enhance value for partners, and align our solutions with clients' desired business outcomes. You will stay ahead of industry trends, assessing emerging technologies and future solutions that reinforce Johnson Controls’ position as a trusted expert in the field. This role is critical in driving the operational and financial success of the Security National Accounts organization and its projects. Additionally, you will cultivate strong relationships with customer management, collaborate closely with Johnson Controls branch offices, and oversee subcontractor partnerships to ensure efficient, profitable operations.
