The Salesforce Platform Product Owner plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic direction of our Salesforce ecosystem. Operating at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience, this role is responsible for driving impactful solutions across Sales and Service Clouds, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and user needs.

Key Objectives

  • Lead the vision, roadmap, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform.
  • Collaborate across departments to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions.
  • Optimize Salesforce capabilities to support evolving business processes and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure delivery of high-value outcomes.

In your role you are responsible for:

  • Representing the voice of the business, customer, and end-user in platform decisions.
  • Partnering with Architects, Developers, and Consultants to design and implement Salesforce solutions.
  • Translating business needs into clear requirements, features, and user stories.
  • Owning and managing the product backlog, including prioritization and acceptance criteria.
  • Facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Conducting user acceptance testing and support deployment activities.
  • Providing ongoing support, issue resolution, and platform configuration.
  • Staying informed on Salesforce innovations and assess their relevance to our environment.
  • Collaborating with business units to identify future use cases and long-term platform needs.
  • Supporting data and reporting requirements across the organization.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC), including configuration in both Classic and Lightning.
  • Hands-on experience with Sales and Service Clouds.
  • Familiarity with Sandbox/Enterprise environments and AppExchange tools.
  • Minimum 5 years working with JIRA, ERP, CRM, or BI platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to move between technical detail and strategic insight.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience in business process improvement and change management.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and platform innovation.
