In this position you will provide leadership on our global Talent Management team and provide support to our Human Resources community members in a wide variety of hiring initiatives, program management and client relationship management focused on producing the positive growth of the Stanley Black & Decker Leadership Development Program (SLP). This position also will serve as a member of the Stanley Black & Decker Training & Development community, assisting in deploying internal training programs globally.

More About the Position
Reporting to the Director of Talent Development, the Talent Development Manager will be responsible for supporting the overall growth strategy for the Stanley Black & Decker Leadership Development Program. This includes full talent lifecycle activities such as providing strategic direction in campus recruitment activities, selection events, delivering training and development programs globally and succession planning. Utilizing a shared services approach, this will include designing, developing, and delivering high quality processes, tools, and systems that will assist in the overall recruiting, training and deployment needs of the organization for early in career high potential talent.
