As a Communications Manager (f/m/div) for Industry & Infrastructure topics, you'll be an integral part of our corporate brand and marketing communications team. Your mission will be to develop and implement 360-degree communication projects that bring our brand's personality, values, and mission to life. In your new role you will:

  • Be responsible for developing and implementing 360-degree communication projects that align with our business objectives and enhance our brand reputation
  • Create content for all relevant channels (internal and external: such as press releases, content for our website, intranet etc.) in an audience-appropriate way
  • Identify and create suitable decarbonization & digitalization stories together with topic experts for all industry and infrastructure topics for our website
  • Be responsible for copywriting and multimedia content production
  • Analyze and report on communications metrics for our 360-degreecommunication projects
  • Stay up to date with the latest storytelling trends, best practices, and platform changes
  • Collaborate with different teams developing communication ideas aligned with business priorities
  • This position is limited to one year.

You are able to quickly establish a successful cooperation, clarify areas of responsibility, coordinate your work with colleagues, and regularly share your insights with them. You have the passion and the courage to develop new and creative ideas and push ideas to their full implementation and application. In your daily work you pursue high quality, you work conscientiously on making things better, faster, and more efficient and you have a good sense for current trends and deduces potential improvements for your own department.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • A degree in communications, journalism, marketing or equivalent
  • At least three years of experience in online journalism, corporate communications, or respective agency background - ideally in the field of b2b technology
  • A passion for writing in combination with strong copywriting skills
  • Passion for technology driven topics and industries
  • Know-how in search engine optimization of content is a plus
  • Experience in multimedia asset production (video, photo, graphics) would be a plus
  • First experience in working with website content management systems
  • Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders in a corporate environment, including employees, customers, media, and external partners
  • Fluent English and German language skills
