The Role
Market Research Coordinator is a member of the Market Intelligence & Analytics department. The coordinator will be the key support to the department and will perform all tasks related to setting up and monitoring interviews and focus groups, processing and analysing insights and data for qualitative and quantitative market research projects designed by the Market Research Manager and its regional needs throughout the Asia Pacific region including Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Singapore, Korea and Japan. These tasks involve using various research methodologies and tools including focus groups (online and face to face), in-depth interviews, online surveys and many others depending on the nature of the project designs.
The coordinator should be expected to be involved in day-to-day management of projects as well as providing supervisory input of other project team members.
