POSITION SUMMARY

The Platform Operations Director will play a critical role in helping manage and develop our platform. The goal is to continually improve the advisor experience across Bluespring’s partner network. This leader will partner closely with the Head of Platform Innovation and Operations to build scalable infrastructure, streamline workflows, and ensure partner firms seamlessly integrate into the broader Kestra ecosystem.

This position serves as a key liaison across partner firms, shared service teams, and Home Office functions—driving excellence in operational delivery and enhancing the value of the Bluespring platform.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Platform Innovation & Optimization Support

  • Help develop and implement a consistent, scalable advisor operating platform across all Bluespring firms. This includes:
    • Lead key operational and systems workstreams.
    • Support enterprise-wide initiatives that improve advisor and client experiences.
    • Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies and risks; drive continuous improvement.
    • Build credibility and trust with partner firms, supporting their growth and operational success.
    • Partner with shared services to meet and exceed service-level objectives.

Acquired Firm Onboarding

  • Own and manage the end-to-end onboarding experience for newly acquired firms. This includes:
    • Ensure seamless transitions focusing on quality, consistency, and a referable experience.
    • Continuously refine onboarding processes to deliver exceptional service to advisors.
    • Foster a culture of ownership and accountability across the onboarding journey.

Process Improvement & Operational Efficiency

  • Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, enhance usability, and scale platforms.
  • Help align firm technology and operations with Bluespring’s growth strategy.
  • Drive adoption of platform tools and processes.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND/OR ABILITIES

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 10+ years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory services, or related fields.
  • Understanding of advisor operations and technology platforms. Knowledge of common fintech offerings (e.g., Salesforce, Redtail, Orion, Black Diamond, Addepar) is strongly preferred.
  • Experience leading platform integrations, workflow optimization, and/or tech enablement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (SEC, FINRA) and data security standards.
