QA Test Lead - Healthcare (Payer/Claims)

Location: Saint Louis, MO – Remote allowed

Required Skills:

  • 8+ Years in experience in healthcare testing and Ability to handle the team.
  • Must have 2+ years of experience in healthcare application testing with experience with Payer, provider and claims testing.
  • Experience in working of the end to end flows in these modules including creating documentation for other users.
  • Experience in healthcare EDI testing is preferable.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies - Implement testing methodologies, techniques based on the functional and technical requirements.
  • Experience in Test estimate, test strategy preparation and SIT test plan preparation, impact analysis preparation along with test scenarios / cases design.
  • Experience in working with excel, word and related IT systems and other behavioral ones and communication related.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our healthcare applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the enhancement of our testing processes.
  • Analyze users stories /use cases/requirements and responsible for designing, testing, and troubleshooting the system.
  • Create and implement test plan/strategy for Enterprise applications.
  • Identify, document, and report defects, issues, and risks in a timely manner using issue-tracking systems such as Jira.
  • Mentor other QA team members and share knowledge across QA team.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 07/25/2025.

The annual salary for this position is between [$53,477 – $92,500] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Work Authorization
