As a UX Content Designer you will make an impact as the primary point of contact for all legal domain-related queries and issues. You will be a valued member of the team and work collaboratively with management, team members and client.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 4 days a week in the client or Cognizant office in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Location: Toronto, ON

Role & Responsibilities:

• Experience in UX writing and content design. Experience with digital payments preferred.
• Solid grasp of UX and content design principles
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Ability to work independently (as you may likely be the only content designer on your topic) while collaborating with the broader content design team.
• Strong communication skills
• Flexibility and nimbleness in balancing concurrent tasks

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of relevant work experience
• Craft clear, accessible content that helps users complete their banking tasks efficiently and with confidence.
• Deliver content on time and in alignment with team guidelines.
• Work with designers, product owners, developers, and researchers to understand user problems and craft solutions.
• Be a collaborative member of the content design team–requesting and offering feedback, helping to shape content guidelines, ensuring consistency across the product, and attending all team standups.
• Attending all meetings for your product area, as well as content all-hands and other team meetings
