Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Epic Analyst II to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in EpicCare Ambulatory & MyChart and will demonstrate a willingness to grow professionally, gain additional certifications, and expand their expertise. This role will focus on project-based work, requiring strong collaboration with team members and active engagement with stakeholders to ensure the success of our healthcare technology initiatives. Experience with other outpatient modules is a significant advantage. DFW residents preferred. Open to other Texas residents if willing to travel to Dallas monthly.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE

  • Serve as a key contributor to project-based implementations, upgrades, and optimization efforts within the Epic environment.
  • Analyze, design, configure, test, and deploy Epic solutions with a focus on enhancing system functionality and user experience.
  • Collaborate with team members, clinical staff, and other stakeholders to identify workflow improvements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Expand knowledge to other outpatient modules, including Beans, Bones, Dermatology, Dorothy and Comfort, Kaleidoscope, Nurse Triage, and Wound to support upgrades and specialized projects.
  • Participate in cross-functional team meetings to discuss project progress, resolve issues, and plan future enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing technical support and training as needed.
  • Actively pursue opportunities to obtain additional Epic certifications and expand expertise in new modules or functionality areas.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, workflows, and project deliverables.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • EDUCATION - Bachelor's or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification
  • EXPERIENCE - 2 Years of Experience
