The Role:

Entegris's Gas Separation Solutions business is on the lookout for a dynamic and innovative Gas Filtration/Purification Product Manager based in San Luis Obispo, CA. An ideal candidate must be able to adapt to changing market conditions quickly and often. What You’ll Do:

• Participate in cross-functional team meetings, represent product management with quality, supply chain, ER&D, Field Applications, EH&S, and Finance.
• Develop demand forecasts for products with documented assumptions and risks.
• Effective product lifecycle management including inventory, part number, pricing approvals, and service support.
• Manage the customer-facing PCN (Product Change Notification) process.
• Maintain product line marketing collateral to support field service and sales personnel.
• Ensure products exceed customer expectations in terms of quality and on-time delivery.
• Work with quality and customers to drive resolution to concerns and implement preventive measures to avoid future instances.
• Initiate and manage continuous improvements to the product line(s).
• Work with Continuous Improvement team, operations, and procurement teams; drive gross margin initiatives across the product portfolio.
• Support -project management, engineering, and new product introduction teams to seamlessly release new products to manufacturing with accurate stocking strategies and launch plans.
• Develop a working knowledge of SAP to understand product inventories and production schedules to drive business decisions.
• Achieve financial targets, forecast product demand, and develop long-term strategies.
• Identifying market opportunities, create a product pipeline that is satisfying industry technology and customers’ requirements.
• Define market requirements for quality/cost/delivery for all major platforms and align goals with Divisional and Corporate resources.
• Manage the product portfolio and product lifecycle from idea inception to end of life, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Create and present marketing materials including presentations, datasheets, promotional and training materials internally and externally.
• Any other duties as assigned.

What We Seek:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business, engineering, or science discipline.
• Product management or operations/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience in gas filtration and/or gas purification or related technology preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication along with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders. Must be able to present information and respond to questions from internal groups and external customers.
• Proven track record of success in leading cross-functional and cross-cultural teams, resulting in growth for a multi-product line business.
• Proven leadership skills in portfolio management, P&L management, and business development.
• Highly organized.
• A self-starter, team player who brings passion, enthusiasm, and focus to their work.
• A collaborative leader to inspire cross-functional teams with the ability to prioritize and drive for execution.
• Customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to travel globally up to 35% of the time and participate in conference calls outside of normal working hours.

• Compensation: $130,000 - $170,000 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
