As a Trade Lifecycle Analyst within the Foreign Exchange Operations team in Buenos Aires, you will play a crucial role in managing the trade lifecycle processes for our Investment Bank's FX business. You will liaise with clients, product partners, processing teams, and other internal teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional client service.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage failed settlements (nostro breaks) and ensure timely resolution.
  • Ensure accurate payment settlements and follow up on any discrepancies.
  • Identify and investigate root causes of settlement issues.
  • Establish strong relationships with internal partners and external clients.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Escalate issues to the team leader promptly.
  • Collaborate with various teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
  • Generate manual SWIFT payments as required.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience in operational, financial services, or customer service environments.
  • Effective organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize workload.
  • Strong communication skills and experience in building relationships.
  • Ownership and ability to follow through with departmental objectives.
  • Analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Knowledge of TSSFX, IRECS, FTS, and PRPC is advantageous.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Advanced level of English.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • FX experience is desirable.
  • A good working knowledge of the Global Transfer Policy.
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills and results-oriented mindset.
  • Capacity to think laterally and understand the big picture.
