We're seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to lead our Cross-Region Integrated Supply Chain (CRIS) initiative - a transformative solution that aims to restore the pre-Brexit PanEU value proposition for sellers. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of transforming how sellers do business across the UK and EU, working on solutions that could save Sellers inbounding costs while dramatically simplifying their operations. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of cross-border commerce at Amazon while working with innovative supply chain technologies.

Key job responsibilities

You'll own the development and launch of innovative supply chain solutions that enable sellers to seamlessly conduct business across UK and EU markets through consolidated single inbound shipments. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape the future of cross-border commerce, working to unlock a multi billion GMS opportunity that will significantly impact thousands of sellers across Europe. This role will particularly suit someone with strong analytical abilities, relationship building and influencing skills and superb project management capabilities.

  • Lead the end-to-end product strategy and execution for CRIS, working across multiple supply chain flows (domestic and out-of-region) to simplify the seller experience
  • Drive the technical roadmap and collaborate with multiple teams (Tech, Legal, Compliance, Operations) to deliver automated features that enable seamless cross-border shipping and customs clearance
  • Own the seller experience from onboarding through shipment creation, ensuring intuitive workflows that reduce friction and drive adoption
  • Develop and execute monetization strategies that balance seller value proposition with program sustainability • Partner with multiple stakeholders across Amazon's global organization to align on technical architecture, operational processes, and compliance requirements
  • Drive data-driven decision making through pilot programs, A/B testing, and continuous analysis of seller feedback and performance metrics
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on program progress, risks, and opportunities

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong technical acumen and ability to drive alignment across multiple engineering teams
  • Program/project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Excellence in stakeholder management and ability to influence without authority
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience with supply chain, logistics, or cross-border trade
  • Experience with marketplace businesses, ecommerce platforms, or seller-facing products
  • Knowledge of EU/UK customs regulations, VAT requirements, and cross-border trade compliance
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and product development lifecycle
  • Experience with inventory management systems, warehouse management software, or logistics platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to write clear technical requirements and product specifications
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
