The Perfect Portfolio team is looking for a curious, data-savvy, and forward-thinking professional to help us rethink how we manage and optimize product choices across markets. What you´ll do
- Work with teams across the business to improve our product mix—balancing top sellers, new launches, and streamlining less popular items.
- Use Alteryx, Excel or other tools to clean and analyze large datasets across markets and channels, supporting key portfolio decisions.
- Help build and update Power BI dashboards to track performance and guide strategy—starting small and growing your impact over time.
- Support the creation of trade stories, tailored assortments, and in-store execution tools that bring our plans to life.

- Curious, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude and passion for problem-solving
- Flexible, resilient, and comfortable working in fast-changing, cross-functional environments, collaborative and team-oriented
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Confident working with data; strong Excel skills, familiarity with Alteryx and Power BI is a plus (or willingness to learn)

Minimum salary: 1600EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview).
