Leidos is seeking highly qualified candidates to support a government client. Candidates must possess a TS/SCI clearance to be considered and polygraph. Join our team of national-level analysts and technical experts supporting decision-makers and policy development for the mission to lead and support the counterintelligence and security activities of the US Government, the US Intelligence Community, and US private sector entities.

The Technical and Cyber Threats Analyst will:
• Serve as subject matter expert and advise client on technical and cyber issues affecting the USIC
• Support development of cyber CI vulnerability and threat assessments of technical projects and computer network defense issues
• Develop cyber CI analysis of foreign threats to USG and USIC computers, networks, and information
• Support development, coordination, and review of technical or cyber policies, strategic plans, standards, implementation plans, and/or methodologies for technical or cyber CI concerns
• Identify, document, and recommend mitigations to security events of technical and cyber CI significance
• Develop and document requirements and mitigations and drive application of technical CI practices
• Develop reports on changes, trends, and implications of evolving technical / cyber CI issues
• Support integration of technical/cyber research results and analysis into processes, standards, and policies
• Support outreach to the USIC, Federal Partners, and to non-government and commercial entities involved in the protection of critical infrastructures and information
• Support USIC-wide working groups and conferences. Develop meeting agendas, minutes with action items, issue papers and briefings, and propose working group activities

• Prepare analytical reports and publications, create graphics, provide Sponsor finished material, and be the primary writer of this material
• Provide program management services, including developing position descriptions, interviewing, supporting program reviews, developing status reports, performing day-to-day staff, task, and schedule management, and providing Sponsor management
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline
- CISSP Certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in software or hardware engineering and/or systems engineering
- Minimum 15 years of experience conducting technical or cyber research or engineering
- Twelve (12) years of relevant technical work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in software or hardware engineering and/or systems engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience conducting technical or cyber research or engineering
- Minimum of 5 years technical writing experience geared toward a senior technical and executive audience
- Minimum of 5 years ofUSIC experience including 1 year of experience providing cross-community coordination of technical or analytical products involving cyber
- Minimum of 3 years technical writing experience geared toward a senior technical and executive audience
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting ofUSIC networks, systems or processes, including IC ITE
- 5 years of experience working with or in the USIC (may be concurrent with the requisite 12 years of work experience)"" "" - Knowledge of information communications technologies
- Experience in developing executive-level reports and briefings
- Experience in using US Government, IC, and commercial data sources for technical threat assessment development
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to work in an environment with rapidly-changing priorities
- Knowledge of user activity monitoring capabilities, information communications technologies, and big data analytics
- Experience in using USG, USIC, and commercial data sources for technical threat assessment development

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline
- Demonstrated creativity, innovation, flexibility, and analytical skills in problem solving are also desired
