Responsibilities

• Technical document writing/validation and also related tasks of NPI phase
• M-BOM enrichment by checking the material attributes in Arena & Oracle system and input into excel file finally
• Master file/PMP enrichment: working on PMP,IPQC,FQC and procedure modification and validation. Procedure writing by using Coach or JIRA system
• Ability of summarizing issues and escalating to related windows
• Other tasks assigned

Requirements

• Execute tasks independently and successfully.
• Could arrange schedule and update progress in weekly meeting
• Good English Communication Skill
• Good E-mail instruction Writing in English and Chinese
• Good at using Microsoft tools (e.g. word, excel, power point)
• Able to work with international teams and drive immediate effectively and efficiency
• Good communication and social skills to deal with different cultures and departments
• Team player with a pro-active attitude, flexible and highly committed
• Experience/affinity with BOM structure build up
• Techincal writing experience
• Nice to have Oracle/Arena experience
• Nice to have lead/management experience.
• Nice to have customer-facing experience.
• Mechanical or assembly line background /experience preferred
