Temporary position: 24 months
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with HR focus, who will contribute on transformation of the HR core systems (SAP S/4HANA and Oracle HCM) and will be responsible for migration of existing IT structures to a new target landscape.
Key Tasks:
- Management of cross-organizational projects with the subject areas of business case calculation, project organization, implementation, change management and project reporting.

- Builds strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with DHL managers
- Provides technical guidance to line managers and employees

Qualifications & Key Requirements:
- in (business) informatics or business administration or comparable qualification

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in the IT, consulting and/or HR environment.
- Several years of project management experience in medium-sized or larger projects, ideally as a project manager or workstream lead; PM certification(s) (e.g. PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2, Scrum, ITIL) are welcome.
- Very high IT affinity, ideally with extensive knowledge and experience in cloud solutions, system integration, interfaces, APIs.
- Explicit knowledge and experience with the HR systems SAP S/4HANA and Oracle HCM.
- Knowledge and experience in the field of digitalization and corresponding technologies used (e.g. RPA, NLP, OCR, BPM etc.)
- Dynamic personality with entrepreneurial and service-oriented thinking.
- Confidence and high social competence, professionalism in dealing with senior management.
- Mobile, flexible in terms of time and willing to travel on business trips.
