Key responsibilities 重要职责

• 洞察头部连锁商的业务发展机会，制定零售大区的销售策略和发展方向，带领团队完成大区的销售指标 50%
• 驱动团队与头部连锁及第三方代表团队建立深度合作的伙伴关系，确保各项合作项目在连锁总部和门店层面的高效执行。20%
• 持续探索零售渠道创新，引领诺和诺德产品诺在零售渠道的市场准入与覆盖 15%
• 打造具有赢的文化且强大专业的零售团队，保留并发展人才，并确保所有行动符合NN之道及其他相关合规指南和公司规定 15%

Qualification要求

• 5年以上零售销售管理经验 有处方药销售管理经验优先
• 具备优秀的团队管理和教导能力,能够激发团队成员潜力
• 优秀的沟通和谈判技巧,能够指导下属与客户建立良好的合作关系
• 学习能力强，善于沟通, 有较强跨部门沟通能力及团队协作能力,有快速落地的执行力
• 熟悉了解区域医药市场及国家医药相关政策,具备良好的市场敏感度和分析能力
• 医学、药学、市场营销等专业优先，本科及以上学历
• 具备良好的合规意识
