Job Details

Shift Time: 12:00 PM to 09:00 PM IST

Kanban Methodology Implementation:

  • Implement Kanban and Lean practices to improve workflow transparency, limit work in progress using Jira, and focus on continuous delivery and improvement.
  • Use Kanban metrics to analyze team performance, optimize processes, and enhance efficiency across RPA/BOT projects.

Minimum 3 years of experience Managing Agile Scrum and Kanban methodology projects

Plan and status reporting:

  • Share Kanban plan outlining timelines, resources, deliverables and status.

Scrum Master Role:

  • Organize and facilitate standard meetings, backlog preparation, iteration planning, retrospectives, iteration reviews and daily stand-ups
  • Foster continuous improvement and coach the scrum teams to a higher level of self-organizing maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization
  • Cultivate customer focus as the team collaborates to deliver solutions achieving the desired business outcome
  • Facilitate the sizing of stories during the planning sprint, backlog grooming, or sprint planning sessions for the team
  • Leverage metrics to assist delivery, enable transparency and optimize the iterative / incremental development process
  • Resolve or escalate blocking impediments and known risks through analysis and prioritization
  • Manage and negotiate scope, timeline, quality, goals, and deliverables that support business goals and monitor schedule and cost performance throughout the life of the project
  • Brainstorm with the team to arrive at solutions to challenges and roadblocks to assigned projects with guidance from more experienced managers
  • Work with the product manager and other stakeholders to determine staffing requirements by giving inputs about project workload and expected fulfillment time
  • Maintain process documentation and ensure the development teams are practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility

Coordination and Collaboration:

  • Assist in establishing processes to enable effective collaboration and communication across teams (BA, Delivery, Platform, Architect towers, internal controls, InfoSec)
  • Coordinate with Dev Lead to ensure compliance and ensure that all tasks are added in Jira including those related to InfoSec and internal controls tasks.

Proactive Issue and Risk Management:

  • Prompt the team to identify potential issues and risks in RPA/BOT integration before they escalate, especially those related to integrating with SAP, Salesforce, and other systems.
  • Develop and communicate effective mitigation strategies to senior leadership and stakeholders, with a focus on automation-specific risks.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports and meeting notes, with a focus on RPA/BOT metrics and integration outcomes.
  • Regularly update stakeholders on progress, emphasizing challenges and ensuring that all activities are completed.

Financial Management:

  • Oversee project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation specific to RPA/BOT projects.
  • Provide financial reports to leadership, emphasizing budget adherence and financial projections related to automation initiatives.

Educational Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems or Engineering

Certifications:

  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or any other related certification is required

Work Experience:

  • 10 + years of IT experience including prior Scrum Master experience

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications including MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio
  • Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps
  • Understanding of Project and Portfolio Management tools e.g., Clarity, Open Workbench
  • Knowledge of Microsoft technology stack (C#, SQL Server)
