To successfully implement Building Products Together, we need our delivery standards and practices to be consistently adopted, effectively coached, and maintained. This will be achieved by creating and governing communities of practice across BT Group, where like-minded stakeholders can share best practices and learnings, ensuring new ways of working are embraced.
As the Adoption, Engagement, and Communications Professional for Building Products, you'll play a vital role in creating and delivering content that highlights how we're improving ways of working for our teams and stakeholders. You'll build strong relationships across various tribes, units, and central functions to lead the adoption of Wayfinder across BT Group. Your responsibilities will include creating materials, managing stakeholder engagement, and supporting internal events and communication efforts related to the Building Products Together initiative.
