As a Design Management Professional in Manassas, VA, you will represent our Advanced Manufacturing Facilities Site Based Solutions team on the front line of our project sites, interfacing with our engineering team, client reps, and other key stakeholders to enable construction and installation of semiconductor equipment. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide design quality and constructability insights to the design team for the installation of semiconductor fab equipment (tools) that add leading-edge manufacturing capacity to the owner’s high-tech semiconductor facilities. Each day you will demonstrate your technical project management, stakeholder leadership, and business acumen in a dynamic, fast-paced, and professional design and construction environment.
You will work collaboratively with project managers, design managers, equipment owners, fab support, and construction trades to enable construction to meet the owner’s desired outcomes. You will convey standards and requirements to the design team, ensure they have the required inputs and documentation, provide support and remove their constraints to allow them to produce and deliver quality design packages for construction. You will participate in field walks and meetings to ensure accurate and conflict-free design that is coordinated to field conditions.
As a Design Manager (DM), you will oversee Engineering Services During Construction (SDC) and provide key insights into the Basis of Design and Design Production project segments to ensure that engineering issues and scope changes are adequately answered to minimize impact and enable construction to be executed according to plans and specifications. This includes reviewing designs for quality, monitoring construction progress, coordinating between project stakeholders, and addressing any engineering-related issues that arise during construction.

The base salary range for this position is $125,500.00 to $196,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
