Business Enablement Specialist; VendorCentric Ticketing Program

The Opportunity: Contribute To The Growth Of Your Career.

As a Business Enablement Specialist supporting the VendorCentric price ticket program and global web-based ticket management system you will serve as the primary resource for business partners and be responsible for engaging with vendors, buying offices, agents, and internal teams to develop and implement strategies that drive TJX growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Independently identifies and resolves issues related to the web-based ticket management system by diagnosing root causes, developing actionable solutions, and overseeing implementation.
  • Establishes and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) for all TJX ticket providers. Conducts strategic analysis of cost, volume, and other relevant data to inform business decisions.
  • Engages with ticket providers to ensure alignment with TJX requirements and general awareness of system or process impacts.
  • Prepares and distributes monthly, quarterly and annual performance reports on the web-based ticketing program for Senior Logistics Leadership. Strategically and proactively assesses opportunity areas.
  • Maintains routine communication with ticket providers and internal stakeholders to ensure service quality, while proactively identifying and tracking system and product enhancements.
  • Supports the development and execution of strategic rollout plans for vendor participation in the web-based ticketing program. Recommends updates to the strategy based on data analysis and evolving business needs.
  • Leads training sessions (in-person or virtual) for internal and external stakeholders related to ticketing program overviews, site navigation, and troubleshooting guidance.
  • Manages the department’s general email inbox. Assesses each issue and coordinates with appropriate contacts to ensure timely resolution.
  • Serves as the primary UAT (User Acceptance Testing) lead for ticketing-related IT projects. Provides regular updates and feedback to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Who We Are Looking For: You.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years in corporate supply chain or retail environment
  • Ability to meet demands of a growing business in both VendorCentric and web-based ticket management environment.
  • Capable of building strong relationships with vendors, IT, Merchandising and DC Services, and external providers at all levels of the organization.
  • Possesses a general knowledge of EDI and Ticketing business concepts and procedures useful but not required.
  • MUST have strong analytical skills, including use of Excel and other similar programs.
  • Knowledge of Mainframe, COGNOS, PowerBi, Snowflake or other programs useful but not required.

This position has a starting salary range of $69,200.00 to $86,500.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
