岗位职责/Job Responsibilities
1. 电池技术研发：
负责手机锂电池的设计，开发，材料选型及电化学性能优化。
研究新型电池技术（如高能量密度电池、快充技术等），推动技术落地。
负责电池状态估计(SOC/SOH/析锂/鼓胀/内短路等)算法开发，逻辑验证和整机应用
负责电池安全/寿命管理策略开发，效果验证和整机应用，提升用户体验
2. 性能测试与验证：
负责电池充放电性能、循环寿命、安全性（过充/过放/高温/短路等）测试数据分析，并提出优化的电池设计方案。
3. 跨部门协作：
与结构工程师、硬件工程师合作，优化电池空间布局及散热方案。
跟进电池售后问题分析和改善方案
岗位要求/Job Requirements:
1.熟悉锂离子电池工作原理、材料体系（正极/负极/电解液/隔膜）及生产工艺；
2.精通电池性能测试标准（如GB/T, IEC, UL等）及安全认证流程。
3.熟练使用仿真工具之一（如COMSOL、ANSYS、Matlab或JMP等）和电池测试设备（如Arbin、新威）。
4.熟悉电池热管理、老化机制及寿命预测模型。
