Our Enterprise Applications Services team is focused on the administration and support of all corporate business applications. As a member of the Sales and Service Automation team within Enterprise Applications Services, the Applications Developer will be responsible for development and unit testing activities associated with Sales/Service Cloud for all lines of business. 

The Sr. Applications Developer will play an integral role in the success of the group by ensuring consistency and repeatability in how the applications are delivered and managed across the enterprise. 

Primary responsibilities will include: 

  • Development and unit testing for the Sales/Service Cloud environment and interfaces with other applications like Vertex, Kimble, Azure integrations, etc.
  • Maintaining user story and bug tickets
  • Participating in and completing projects related to Sales/Service Cloud
  • Customizing and developing applications
  • Supporting peers for solution designing with optimization strategies

The Candidate: 

Required skills/qualifications: 

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in IT and 7+ years of experience developing directly on Salesforce/force.com products using APEX, Visualforce, LWC and SOQL on Sales/Service Cloud
  • Platform Developer 1, Salesforce Administrator
  • Experience working with Lightening components: AURA/ LWC
  • Experience around Lightning data service, Lightning Messaging Service
  • Demonstrated experience with UI Customization, REST & SOAP API
  • Salesforce Developer Certification
  • Experience working with custom objects, approval processes, process builders, flows on the Lightning experience
  • Clear and articulate oral/written communication skills
  • Self-motivated to prioritize and execute tasks with time-sensitive deadlines
  • Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong team and customer service orientation
  • Fluency in written and spoken English

Preferred skills/qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6+ years’ experience developing directly on Sales/Service Cloud
  • Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant
  • Experience in JIRA/ Azure(Devops) for user story and bug tracking
  • Experience working in Agile teams
  • GitHub and Continuous integration using Gearset
  • Force.com, including Eclipse Plug-in or similar
  • Experience at technology company and/or in education
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform or .NET or C# development
