We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager of GTM Systems to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem and integrated Go-to-Market technologies (including CPQ, Clari, Marketo, and other key GTM tools).

This leader will drive operational strategy and deliver systems that scale with our evolving monetization models, overseeing multiple cross-functional efforts and translating business goals into actionable system architectures.

You’ll partner closely with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to drive department-wide impact and ensure systems design supports both subscription and usage-based/consumption billing models.

You will:

  • Own and evolve the GTM systems roadmap spanning Salesforce, CPQ, Clari, Marketo, and other sales and marketing tools, with department-wide impact and alignment to company strategy.
  • Lead end-to-end architecture, solution design, and implementation of Salesforce enhancements and major initiatives such as CPQ deployments and sales process automation.
  • Establish and manage operational strategies and technical direction across GTM platforms to support long-term growth and scale.
  • Manage multiple technical workstreams and cross-functional teams, including analysts, developers, and vendors, ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions aligned with business priorities.
  • Serve as a strategic subject matter expert, providing guidance and mentorship in Salesforce architecture and CPQ design.
  • Drive effective change management and cross-team enablement, including communications, training, documentation, and release planning for system improvements.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance, scalability, and adoption through analytics, KPIs, and feedback loops.
  • Collaborate with InfoSec and Compliance to ensure data privacy, risk mitigation, and adherence to internal controls.

Your team will:

You’ll lead a team of system architects and solution engineers responsible for building and optimizing core GTM infrastructure. Together, your team will design scalable solutions that support our sales, marketing, and revenue operations—driving efficiency, automation, and insights across the entire customer lifecycle.

About you:

  • 8-12 years of experience in enterprise applications with a focus on Salesforce, CPQ, and GTM technologies.
  • Proven experience implementing and managing subscription and usage-based models in Salesforce or integrated platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale GTM systems with measurable impact across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce configuration and architecture, including Apex, LWC, and declarative tools.
  • Familiarity with tools like Clari, Marketo, 6sense, LeanData, ZoomInfo, etc.
  • Strong project and resource management skills, including vendor oversight and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Excellent executive-level communication skills, with experience presenting strategy, trade-offs, and outcomes to senior stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant)
  • Background in SaaS or cloud-based businesses with hybrid pricing models.
  • Familiarity with middleware platforms (Mulesoft, Workato, Boomi) and data architecture for GTM systems.
  • Experience influencing or managing operational budgets for technical initiatives.
