Campus Recruiting Coordinator – Investment Banking

We are looking for a dedicated coordinator to join our Investment Banking campus recruiting team. The Campus Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for managing the overall candidate experience in partnership with rest of the campus recruiting team to provide a “best in class” experience for candidates and the clients we serve. Additional responsibilities include operational oversight of the applicant tracking system, candidate scheduling too, job boards, candidate onboarding, and event planning and management.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

School & Event Planning/Management

  • Partner with university career services offices and school team partners to schedule all campus events and activities (job postings, interview selections, interview schedule coordination)
  • Serve as the main point of contact for career services offices and school team leads/hiring managers
  • Track and manage candidates and events through designated recruiting systems (Greenhouse & Yello)
  • Plan and coordinate special programs such as case competitions and diversity programs
  • Coordinate all internship program activities/initiatives (e.g., program receptions, performance discussions, mentor matching, learning sessions, etc.)

Candidate Management:

  • Serve as a point of contact for candidate inquiries on the recruiting process, arranging travel, on-boarding, etc.
  • Manage scheduling for candidates and business partners for all on-campus, virtual, final round, and in-office interviews
  • Assist with the creation, and distribution of candidate communications (e.g. event/interview notifications, follow-ups, on-boarding, travel coordination, offer letter, sign-ons etc.)
  • Maintain accuracy of all candidate data points, business participation, and other recruiting activities
  • Manage all pre-employment activities required for onboarding and training
  • Serve as the main point of contact for career services offices and school team leads/hiring managers
  • Assist in the summer internship program experience

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1 to 2 years of work experience, preferably in a coordinator or human resources role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across audiences
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, ability to prioritize workload independently; strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle confidential information, while exhibiting good judgement
  • Willingness and desire to learn new technology quickly
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and databases preferred (Greenhouse/Yello a plus).
  • Takes a proactive approach to accomplishing tasks, executes consistent follow-up, and demonstrates the flexibility to meet changing business needs

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range at time of posting is below. Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Actual base salary within the specified range is based on several factors, including but not limited to applicant's skills, prior relevant experience, specific degrees and certifications, job responsibilities, market considerations and, if applicable, the location of the position.

This role is eligible for either a discretionary annual bonus (based on company, business unit and individual performance) and/or commission-based incentives.

Salary Range

$60,200—$75,000 USD
