Operations Analyst- Data Analyst

Your role

Are you an analytic thinker? Do you like to leverage data and analytics to create actionable insights that enhance client experience and support business steering and growth?

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to:

• establish relationships with stakeholders to understand the specific operational and analytical needs of the organization
• provide advice on advanced analytical approaches for addressing these needs, and identify and capture the required data sources
• derive and implement an outcome-driven analytics approach that meets the operational and analytical needs of the organization
• design, implement and maintain reporting based on the organizational needs
• leverage statistical, and visualization tools and apply advanced analytical methods such as artificial intelligence
• proactively identify opportunities to leverage data to devise and implement data-driven business solutions

Your expertise

• University degree or equivalent focusing on Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• ideally several years working as data specialist or similar within the finance sector
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets
• knowledge of statistical tools, visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI
• strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels
• ability to work independently while being a team player
• taking ownership to drive topics forward, and demonstrating strong motivation
• fluent in English
