Position Description:
Drives and measures team performance according to data metrics and system design requirements using technical project management tools -- Jira and Jira Align. Defines the scope of the working software and acceptance criteria for each iterative product delivery (Agile sprint cycle) for the team and aligns it to the program level release. Deploys cloud-based data and SaaS solutions in collaboration with application and data teams. Defines, reviews, and tracks squad objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Information Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field and six (6) years of experience as a Director, IT Product Management (or closely related occupation) performing product development (through Agile or Waterfall SDLC approaches) within a business-to-business sales or services environment.
Or, alternatively, Master’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Information Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field and four (4) years of experience as a Director, IT Product Management (or closely related occupation) performing product development (through Agile or Waterfall SDLC approaches) within a business-to-business sales or services environment.
