What will your tasks be?
- Ensuring complete satisfaction of our clients and ensuring data accuracy.
- Willingness to develop new reports and improve internal client management of KPI indicators.
- Preparation of supporting documentation (overviews concerning fleets) for colleagues from the sales department.
- Responsibility for full reporting of activities for the headquarters
- .Responsibility for preparing customer reports (overviews concerning fleets, ad hoc reports) and consulting them with colleagues from the sales department.
- Preparation of indicators for the sales department.
- Preparation of service delivery indicators.
- Responsibility for preparing supplier and operational overviews and discussing them with the Chief Operating Officer / Procurement Director.
- Being an active member of a team focused on improving existing processes and being a process owner (key user)
Skills required:
- Reporting skills
- MS Office - mainly Excel on advanced level
- English anD Slovak - on communicative level
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills
Contract: via agency (for 1 year)
Salary: 1000 euro brutto
