Overview:
We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Solutions Architect to lead the design and integration of scalable, secure, and innovative technology solutions across cloud and hybrid environments. This role is focused on Legal, Risk, and Compliance (LRC) domains and incorporates advanced AI/ML and large language model (LLM) capabilities to drive automation, insight generation, and regulatory intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement end-to-end architecture solutions that are scalable, secure, and aligned with LRC priorities.
- Integrate AI/ML and LLM technologies into enterprise platforms to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Evaluate third-party vendors from a technical, compliance, and security standpoint, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
- Present solution designs and architectural strategies to executive, business, and technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to embed security-by-design, including threat modeling, data privacy, and zero-trust principles.
- Lead cloud transformation initiatives such as platform modernization, cloud migration, and architecture optimization.
- Facilitate architecture governance processes to ensure consistency, reuse, and regulatory compliance across solutions.
- Develop and maintain long-term technology roadmaps that reflect emerging regulations, innovation trends, and business goals.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship, fostering a high-performing and collaborative architecture team.
- Partner closely with legal, audit, and compliance stakeholders to ensure all solutions adhere to current and future regulatory requirements.

- Comprehensive Architecture Blueprint for unified legal matter management with AI/LLM integration.
- Data and Integration Strategy for connecting legal, compliance, and enterprise platforms.
- Security & Compliance Controls Matrix aligned with regulatory frameworks and internal policies.
- Vendor Architecture Review Reports with detailed gap analyses and recommendations.
- Integration & Data Governance Plans for vendor-managed platforms.
- Solution Fit Assessments ensuring scalability, compliance, and security for all LRC applications.
- Cyber Risk and Threat Models supporting robust and secure solution design.
- Submission of required Technology Architecture Group (TAG) Artifacts for review and approval.
- Strategic Technology Roadmaps aligned with business objectives and evolving LRC needs.
- Executive-level Presentations that summarize technical decisions, risks, and recommendations.
