DESCRIPTION

Amazon currently seeks a creative, dynamic and experienced Sr. Program Manager to join the FBA Supply Chain team to drive improvements across Inventory, Inbound and removals (among others) that result in better Seller Experience and lower costs. A successful Program Manager must be able to work independently, be comfortable with ambiguity, and be able to influence internal/external partners at all levels of the organization. This role will particularly suit someone with strong analytical abilities, relationship building skills and superb project management capabilities

Key job responsibilities

  • Deliver projects, features, processes and systems that improve FBA supply chain's Seller Experience and costs
  • Write business and technical requirements documents and ensure clear communication and coordination of requirements to the business and development teams.
  • Establish the business goals and supporting business metrics and indicators for success.
  • Analyze and solve business problems at their root, stepping back to understand the broader context
  • Identify, prioritize and communicate key areas for service and business improvement along the key Supply Chain metrics, including cost savings opportunities

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in program or project management
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
  • Experience leading process improvements
