In data analysis at PwC, you will focus on utilising advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision-making. The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Business Admin Services team you will oversee daily operations and service delivery, managing client relationships and driving team performance. As a Manager, you will lead and coach teams, maintaining productive resource planning, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement while upholding quality standards.

The Data Analyst Manager role is critical to the success of our data and analytics initiatives within OFRO. This position serves as the connective tissue between business stakeholders, data owners, and the analytics development team. The primary competency for this role is the ability to develop a deep understanding of firmwide data, the underlying business processes that generate it, and its interrelationships across systems and functions.

The Data Analyst Manager is responsible for defining requirements for data-driven solutions that the development team brings to life. They work directly with stakeholders to understand the narrative the data needs to support, conducting detailed data analysis to validate that available datasets align with that vision. When gaps exist, they lead the data acquisition process in alignment with firm policies and governance requirements.

In addition to requirements gathering and data sourcing, this role plays a pivotal part in shaping the presentation layer—determining appropriate data visualizations and ensuring that outputs are accurate, meaningful, and consistent with the intended message. The individual in this role interacts regularly with cross-functional teams including OFRO leaders, data stewards, and technology teams, and must possess strong communication and collaboration skills to bridge the gap between technical execution and business needs.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in business management or related discipline is a plus.
  • Languages: English (both written & verbal).
  • Experience: +5 years in comprehensive Data analytics, including:
  • Data solutions ( data sets, analytics, narrative, storytelling aligned to vision)
  • Data Acquisition & sets (gathering, sourcing, etc)
  • Data Visualizations: build dashboards, ensure outputs are accurate &

meaningful and consistent with the intended message.

  • Experience in project management & Governance is a plus.
  • Digital Tools/Systems:
  • MS Office mandatory, Excel mandatory.
  • Power BI mandatory. Sixma. Build dashboards. Automations.
  • Soft Skills: Autonomy, hands-on, strong analytical, PM skill, excellent communication skills to deal with different stakeholders, good presentation & collaborative.
  • Understand the importance of have a correct information management
  • Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection
  • Correct Information Security Management
