Job Summary
The Jr Operations Analyst is responsible for providing on-site computer/tablet/peripheral technical support including but not limited to answering inquiries, resolving computer, network, application and Internet connection issues via phone, e-mail, and remote connection. This role identifies and escalates situations requiring urgent attention and notify primary Helpdesk team when problems are reported based on a specific work activity or location and redirect non-Helpdesk problems to the appropriate project team resource. Additionally, this position supports internal stakeholders with issues that may arise within MS Office Suite.
SHIFT SCHEDULE
- Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- There is a potential of up to $0.88 in raises every 6 months

- Request IT permissions and user accounts on behalf of hourly staff.
- Review and assess IT needs for the warehouse and act as a liaison for our IT team for general enquiries, replacing and/or purchasing equipment and identifying issues.
- Recommend and implement corrective solutions, including off-site repair as necessary.
- Respond courteously and promptly to the needs of business partners and end users, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Support the Operations Analyst in developing, updating, and maintaining operational and analytical reports.
- Provide troubleshooting support for user issues, particularly within MS Office Suite, and assist in resolving technical challenges.
- Meet all expected performance standards regarding efficiency, accuracy and quality of work.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety guidelines and reporting any hazards to the appropriate leadership.
- Work closely with team members and leadership to meet daily, weekly, and monthly departmental goals
- Abide by all company and warehouse policies.
- Flex into other positions and departments and undertake additional duties as necessary to support the overall operation.
Physical Requirements
- Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 12 hours/day.
- Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
- Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
- Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
- Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 75lbs.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles. Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in IT services role preferred but not required
- Experience working in a distribution or manufacturing environment preferred
Education

Desired Traits & Skills
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with the IT Help Desk, including Honeywell devices, Wi-Fi, computers, printers, etc.
- Proficiency in collecting, organizing, and processing data on a personal computer; MS Office required (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical and complex concepts in a simple and concise way to ensure ease of understanding
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to quickly adapt as business needs change; ability to address tricky situations with diplomacy and emotional intelligence
