We are currently seeking an extraordinary Product Manager for EasyPark's transformative Parking Core team, pivotal to our global platform modernization.

As Product Manager for the Parking Core team, you'll be responsible for the foundational microservices that govern our core parking domain and orchestrate all service orders globally. You'll work closely with your dedicated development teams and collaborate across product areas to deliver highly scalable, reliable, and global solutions.

You will contribute & make an impact through:

• Becoming a definitive expert in the evolving mobility and parking industry, serving as a subject matter expert (SME) on core parking functionalities, order orchestration, and payment flows for internal and external stakeholders.
• Guiding cross-functional teams in the creation of products that significantly improve customer experience, standardize our offerings, enhance security, and accelerate market share growth across the globe.
• Owning your product’s goals, strategy, impact and roadmap in line with EasyPark's overall business and product strategy, in collaboration with stakeholders and teams.
• Forming part of agile product teams and collaborating closely with engineers and other team members to achieve the team's mission.
• Defining, driving and delivering valuable products and features based on strategic goals, user feedback, insights and technical needs.
• Collaborating closely with our App and Web Parking teams to design and deliver an impactful and intuitive parking journey for our users.
• Providing robust partner gateways for third-party integrators, enabling seamless integration with EasyPark's platform and expanding our ecosystem.
• Striving for data driven decision making and promoting domain driven development.
• Partnering with the Data Platform team to build a strong foundation of parking data, supporting various outputs such as reconciliation reports, enforcement, and advanced analytics.

Your background

We don’t think one size fits all, but a successful candidate might have the following:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in a global technology-driven organization, preferably with experience in backend platforms or core services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation.
• Nice to have a technical knowledge background, especially in microservices, APIs, and data platforms.

This role is based at the EasyPark headquarters in Amsterdam/The Netherlands or Basingstoke/UK
