Job Summary
We need a technology specialist to join our in-house Information Security Services team. The successful candidate will test, operate, support, and govern security technologies protecting our organization.
We are looking for a responsive and highly productive technology professional who is responsive, methodical, passionate in solving challenges and adaptable to changes.
Responsibilities
- Test, operate, support and govern security solutions for protecting the Bank’s information assets hosted in data centers and public clouds (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure). Focus will be on management of non-human identity and machine identity.
- Build, test, and deliver automation scripts through CI/CD pipeline
- Perform production monitoring and support which includes health checks, capability monitoring, response time monitoring, investigation of warning and errors from logs, and responding to incidents within SLA.
- Work with solution vendors for investigation and escalation.
- Track incidents and follow up until closure.
- Document and maintain operating procedures.
Requirements
- Working experience on production support roles in large enterprise for mission critical systems
- OS scripting skills to develop scripts for investigation and automation
- Working experience as a software developer (in full stack development, cryptography, APIs) or systems implementor/integrator (implementing Identity and Access Management software, data protection solutions) and preferably in the information security domain
- Able to work in shift in a 24x7 role
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Functional / Technical Competencies
- Possess knowledge of information security principles, secure coding practices, and cryptography
- Possess strong technical knowledge in operating systems, networking, databases, Internet technologies, public cloud, private cloud and containers
- Possess knowledge supporting highly resilient applications
- Working knowledge of Linux and shell scripting
- Working knowledge of using a CI/CD pipeline
