What to Expect
The Sr. Manager, Integration and Middleware Platform is responsible for leading, architecting, and managing enterprise integration strategies, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange across diverse applications and platforms both on-prem and cloud and oversee a team of Integration Architects and Middleware Operations professionals, driving the long-term integration architecture, real-time communication frameworks, and API connectivity for SaaS and cloud/on-prem environments fostering growth and innovation. This role will drive modernization and scalability of enterprise integration supporting digital transformation, operational efficiency and business agility to ensure efficient, scalable, and secure data flow between applications, enabling a modernized enterprise integration ecosystem.

What You Will Bring
o Strong experience in cloud and hybrid integration strategies (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI).
o Proven success in real-time communication architecture and event-driven integration.
o Deep understanding of API management, authentication security, and data transformation processes.
o Experience in Kubernetes, Rancher, and service mesh technologies for integration.
o Leadership experience managing integration architects and middleware operations teams.
o Knowledge of AIOps-driven automation for integration monitoring and optimization.
o Familiarity with serverless integration models and edge computing architectures.
o Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with a track record of mentoring high-performing teams.
o Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
o Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for senior leadership.
Work Environment
Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing and walking, and using a computer. Work is performed in an office environment.
