Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, SAP HR!

Responsibilities:

  • Experience in basic HCM modules configuration – mainly HR Mini, CATS, Org. man.
  • Working on business requirements changes on whole cycle - design FD, work with developers, testing the solution, communication with business
  • Experience with various interfaces
  • Knowledge of Fiori Time management
  • Ability to read ABAP code – debugging
  • Involved in the maintenance of personnel events and integration with organization structure of payroll area, pay scale type, employee group, employee sub-group, pay scale group, pay scale level.
  • Maintained Employee Master Data using transaction codes PA30, PA40.
  • Involved in the creation of a customized info type in Personnel administration with two subtypes using transaction code PM01.
  • Customer Requirement Documents, Business Blue Print Creation, Function Specifications, Configuration Document, Test Plan and Test Script
  • Conceived, developed and implemented series of innovative HR programs, services and leadership initiatives, including comprehensive supervisory training, performance based incentive compensation programs and succession planning.
  • Responsible for successful delivery of HR technology/ process deliverables; particularly in the SAP HR Payroll module
  • 2+ full life cycle implementation with SAP HR Payroll
  • Used SAP data conversion tools such as LSMW
  • Configured payroll related data for garnishments
  • Handled the tasks of improving operational metrics, performance measurement and business case development
  • Configured HR to customize the selection screen settings for interfaces that are based on logical database(s) using SPRO and HR PA/PP modules.
  • Administration, Personnel Management, Payroll and Benefits.
  • Customizing Time Evaluation, Data Collection in Time Evaluation, Operations as Tools of Time Evaluation. Worked with Personnel Calculation Schema TM00. Developed Alternative Time Evaluation Schemas. Integration with Payroll.
  • Configured and customized new payroll control records for new payroll areas. Developed new period modifiers, date modifiers.
  • Defined new Organization. Key for master data authorization checks using VDSK1 feature in IMG.
  • Define and develop all course material, sap tutors and assessments
  • Data gathering and synthesis
  • Manage own timeline and reaches deadlines
  • Actively participate in the quality assurance process to verify training content for clarity, accuracy and end-user ease of use
  • Collaboration with the process and solution delivery team

Minimum Qualifications

Graduation: B.Tech/B.E, MBA/MCA

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • Experience in SAP HR
  • Should have worked in global projects.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • The candidate must be a self-starter, capable of multitasking and efficiently manage their time in a multifaceted environment with demanding deadlines while requiring minimal levels of supervision. 
  • Additionally, the candidate must possess excellent writing, speaking, analytical, project management, organizational, teamwork, and customer service skills that will assist them in identifying solutions to sophisticated security problems.
  • Ability to deliver high quality and reliable software by collaborating with team. Outstanding analytical skills, ability to apply expertise to drive sophisticated, technical and highly commercial solutions. Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
