Key Requirements: Java Developers (Java/J2EE) - 8+ years

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in Java/J2EE
  • Hands-on experience in applications development, upgrades, working with APIs
  • Hands-on experience in applications architectures, designs, core algorithms hands-on implementation experience, hands-on optimization experience and code reviews with excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech in Computer Science or related engineering discipline from a reputed institute with consistently good academic record from Xth onwards.

  • 8+ Years relevant experience, proficiency with vanilla/native Java & J2EE
  • Strong SQL/MySQL/Database skills
  • Exposure to SOAP/REST/VXML
  • Exposure to various APIs, developing J2EE applications & high load web applications
  • Industry Experience with large scale enterprise software products (preferably SaaS/On-Demand)
  • Strong Problem Solving and Analytical Skills.
  • Proactive, Strong Result orientation (propose solutions based on product capabilities) and Creativity.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills (Advanced English)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications.

As a member of the software engineering division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience.
