Job Title: Senior OpenText xECM Specialist (Contract)

Location London Hybrid: TBC

Contract duration: 5 months

About the Project

We are seeking a highly experienced OpenText xECM specialist to work with one of our Public Sector/Government clients. You will join our Document Management team and support our OpenText Technical Lead in the areas of technical architecture, build and migration. The successful candidate will possess extensive knowledge of OpenText xECM and xECM integration with SAP Success Factors. You will demonstrate your capabilities in the following areas:

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Eligible and willing to obtain UK Government Security Clearance (i.e. must have lived in the UK for the last 5 years)
  • Experienced working with OpenText xECM and xECM SAP Success Factors integration and implementation.
  • Experience with cloud-based deployments of OpenText xECM.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with end to end implementation of OpenText xECM for SuccessFactors, with DocuSign and custom implementation.
  • Good understanding and hands-on experience of development of webreport, SmartUI, Workflows and RestApi services.
  • Experience with migration and custom migration tool development.
  • Experience with other OpenText xECM components (e.g., Capture, Process Automation) is desirable.

  • Experience with other ECM systems
  • Experience with other relevant technologies
  • Hold OpenText xECM Cloud certifications

Deliverables – responsibilities but not limited to;

  1. Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for all aspects of the OpenText xECM platform.
  2. Perform system administration tasks, including user management, security configuration, and performance monitoring.
  3. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation.
  4. Provide training and guidance to other team members.

IR35
