We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team in supporting the Transformation Management Office (TMO) with the delivery of impactful change initiatives. What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, priorities, and success metrics.
- Ensure the project team remains focused on solving the core business problem.
- Lead the development of business workflows, including AS-IS and TO-BE process mapping.
- Document clear and actionable business requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Create and continuously optimize sprint plans to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and project updates across all organizational levels.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on deliverables.
- Identify project risks and roadblocks, and propose effective mitigation strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in project execution and business processes.
What you’ll bring:
- University degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance industry.
- CIP certification or equivalent insurance knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Experience working on digital transformation or implementation projects.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Experience with large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as GenAI, automation, and data-driven solutions.
- Strong presentation and leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
