You’ll make an impact by

  • Understand Global Business Service Purchase-to-Pay service nature, innovation as well as automation potential.
  • Leverage Lean and Continuous Improvement methods in the respective areas of BPI (Business Process Improvement).
  • Lead the demand analysis of digital solutions and support the implementation of digital solutions for all entities within Siemens.
  • Business analysis for marketing trends and structure the focus of business growth.
  • Drive to promote best practices with internal customers and enlarge the service scopes.
  • Ensure timely communication with all internal service function team.
  • Support and perform other assigned tasks as required.

Your defining qualities

  • Bachelor or above
  • More than 3 years’ experience in Project Management
  • Fluent English both writing and speaking
  • SAP (other ERP system where applicable) knowledge
  • Experience in Finance / Supply Chain Management is preferred
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred
  • Lean & Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt is preferred
  • Skillful in Microsoft software, such as PowerPoint and Excel
  • Good communication skills
  • Data analysis and problem-solving skills
