Job Responsibilities:

• managing central agencies and adding new agencies.
• Managing independent team from all states.
• Liaison with central and state teams.
• Meeting monthly collection targets.
• Deep bucket collections

Job requirements:

• Knowhow of managing collection call centers, digital approach, negotiation, skip tracing and managing state level team. Having basic legal knowledge.
• Deep bucket collections.
