Your Job

• Support the deployment of QMS, ESD, product compliance, and safety regulations in other factories.
• Responsible for TL9000 internal and external including 2nd party and 3rdparty audits.
• Work with Molex cross function team or CM factory for TL9000 system maintenance and continue improvement

What You Will Do

• Sort out the quality management system, hazardous substances management and product safety requirements of the Zhuhai factory, and output management processes that need to be promoted.
• Through audits and investigations, identify the weak links in the above processes of the target factories and promote cross-factory implementation and training.
• Establish a cross-factory supervision and continuous improvement mechanism and synchronize the latest procedures of the Zhuhai factory.
• Coordinate 2nd and 3rd party TL9000 audits, follow up improvement actions, and verify the effectiveness of the actions
• Work with internal departments for TL9000 maintenance and continue improvement.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management/ supervisor.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• TL9000 system continue suitable for effective.
• Degree or Diploma in Science or Engineering.
• 1-3 years QMS working experience.
• Led at least one process improvement or promotion project.
• English reading, writing, listening, speaking, CET 4 and 6.
• Good self-study ability, willing to keep learning
• Good coordination and executive ability in the projects with others.
• Adapt to long-term business trips
• TL9000/ISO9001 internal auditor certificate.
