The Boeing Company is seeking a MetrologyTest & Evaluation Engineer to join Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) in the Metrology & Test Equipment Services (MATES) organization in Everett, WA. You will be part of a geographically distributed metrology-engineering team that delivers measurement solutions for advanced manufacturing, production, R&D, and flight-test activities across Boeing.
This role supports MATES engineering functions and associated calibration labs in the Puget Sound region. You will collaborate with factory teams, quality organizations, enterprise metrology partners, and external suppliers to ensure Measurement & Test Equipment (M&TE) is capable, traceable, and available when needed.

Shift & Travel:
This position is primarily 1st shift; however, it may require local travel, as well as overtime, weekend, and holiday support. There is also the possibility of future rotation within the Puget Sound region, and occasional shift changes may be necessary to meet program objectives.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range for Associate level (Level 2): $85,850 – $116,150
Summary Pay Range for Mid-level (Level 3): $102,000 – $138,000
