主要职责 Main Responsibility：

As an Operation team number, you must execute the missions that your supervisor arranged to you. Work together with other team members, support your supervisor’ work and develop teamwork spirit. Cooperate and support the test engineers to complete the engine testing. Through enhance own technology level; steadily improve team and individual performance.

作为测试团队的一员，认真执行主管所布置的任务，团结其他组员并拥护主管的工作，发挥团队协作精神，配合和支持测试工程师完成试验项目，通过提高自身的技能水平并和其他组员共同进步，稳步提高团队和个人的绩效。

一．工作质量和及时响应 Work Quality and Respond in Time

• 每天参加班前会议，听从主管的任务分配，若遇到紧急的事件及时向主管汇报；

Attend post meeting every day; comply with the distributed task. If an emergency event happened, report promptly to the competent.

• 当在工作中需要其他支持时，及时向主管汇报，寻求支持以便快速完成工作；

When the work requires additional support, timely reporting to your supervisor to seek support in order to complete the work quickly.

• 提高工作的完成质量，若因自己的工作失误而造成的公司财产损失，责任人承担责任；

Improve the accomplished work quality. If errors caused any loss of corporate property, you should undertake responsibility.

• 向下一个班详细地进行的交接班交流，确保当班重要信息传递到下一个班组；

To ensure the important information transfer to the next group, you should communicate with the next group in detail when you off duty.

• 早班开班后进行发动机台架保养，并详细记录台架数据（油耗、台时等）；

Every morning the engine test bench maintenance, and detailed records bench data (fuel consumption, etc) should be carry on.

• 详细填写和记录台架运转日志；

Detailed records bench operation data.

• 按照“岗位作业指导书”完成工作，并确保工作的可靠性；

In terms of "Standard Operation Procedures", complete work and ensure work reliability.

• 解决当班发生的问题，完成测试任务，遵循“当班问题当班解决”原则；

To solve the problems that occur on duty, please follow the "Resolve the issue on duty" principle.

• 完成试验后，检查测试数据的可靠性，若发生偏差或疏漏，第一时间通知项目负责人或向主管汇报；

After completed the test, check the reliability of test data. If there was a bias or omissions, notify the project leader or supervisor immediately.

• 配合测试工程师完成测试项目，当工程师需要支持时，应全力配合；

Cooperate with test engineers to finish the test project. When the engineers needs to support, you ought to cooperate with you best talent.

• 支持与外部门工程师工作，配合及时完成测试任务；

Support the exterior department engineers, insure the test mission accomplish in times and high quality.

• 当处理问题超过15分钟还没有解决时，及寻求当班工程师的支持；

When you handle a problem over 15 min without any progress, you should ask the on duty engineer for support.

QUALIFICATIONS/任职资格

• Technical school education or above, majoring in vehicle, marine ship, or mechanical field;

车辆、轮机、工程机械相关专业大专或以上学历

• Familiarize the structure and concept of diesel engine;

熟悉柴油机构造和原理

• Familiarize the engine test standard;

熟悉发动机测试标准

• Knowledge of and experience with engine test system and special equipment;

具有发动机试验系统合特殊仪器的相关知识和使用经验

• Analytical (troubleshooting and analysis) skill;

故障判断和数据分析技巧

DESIRABLE /期望技能

• Knowledge and experience in engine emissions measurement equipment such as Horiba MEXA and Sierra BG3;

具备发动机排放测试知识和排放设备使用经验，如：Horiba7100D系列、Sierra BG3排放设备；

• Knowledge and experience in D2T Morphee Ultimate data acquisition system;

具备台架操作系统知识和D2T Morphee 数据采集系统 使用经验

• Fluent in English;

流利的英语听、说、写技能；
